Hi all, I have some problems opening the package ChAMP in R studio. I installed it yesterday, but now I get this. Can somebody help me out?

what is your sessionInfo() depending on what version of R and Bioconductor and operating system you are using it looks like the required package DMRcate is failing on mac and windows and would not be available. DMRcate will need to be fixed for ChAMP to install and work properly.

Do you have an error when running BiocManager::install("DMRcate") ?
