Hello I want to clarify the results I see under the log2 fold change column of the significantly differentially expressed genes table generated by DESeq2. If a gene for example has a log2 fold change of 6. Does that mean to calculate the fold change you would do 2^6 = 64 ?Therefore the gene has a log fold change of 64.
