Hi everyone,

When I run the limma tool on "phantasus", for some datasets I have obtained identical Adj. P-values and with a very high value (0.9, 0.3. etc). I don't know how to interpret these results and if it could be a problem in the normalization of the data. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks, Adriana

adj.p.value high for all genes means that there are no differentially expressed genes. It doesn't indicate an error.
