Dear all, please would you let me know if there are packed in BioC that perform integrative genomics analysis, for example :

<> vizualization of multiple genomics data (i.e. RNA-seq, DNA methylation, ChIP-seq, SNV)

<> algorithms to identify patterns and or clusters of gene/expression/gene methylation, ene/expression/gene methylation/SNV, ChIP-seq/SNV
