Dear Gviz Team, thank you for this useful package.

Gviz seems to put transcriptAnnotation labels of gene model tracks only on the left side. Since I need to represent the 3'UTR region, I don't have labels in my plots, so I would like to show the transcriptAnnotation label on the right side. I haven't found any Display Parameter option in section 4.5 of the Gviz User's Guide that covers this subject. Currently my solution is to manually set the name Display Parameter with the gene symbol of interest.

If not present, how to implement a function similar to just.group of AnnotationTrack also for GeneRegionTrack?

Edit: I’ve seen only now the option “main” of plotTracks.

You need to use the 'just.group' argument. See section 4.4 of the Gviz User's Guide
