I would like to perform a nondetect analysis on some qPCR data that I have but I am completely lost on how to create a qPCRset object. I exported my data from Applied biosciences QUantStudio software so it's in a long format with sample names, target name, and CT value all as columns. I have tried to read the HTqPCR files and I cannot figure out how to reshape my data to use these packages. Currently all the data from multiple plates containing all my samples are in one large .txt file. Do I need to reshape them and re-write them into individual files per sample? I am completely lost on this and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
