Hello All, as for 2021 is there a package that can read Affymetrix Axion SNP chips? I know there is an Axiom suite, but I am still waiting for my IT to actually install it, and I was wondering whether I can bypass them altogether. For what is worth my goal would be to use the raw intensities and clustering of the probes to call SNPs (and ideally identify genotyping quality).
