I am doing proteomics analysis using the "MSstatsTMT" a Bioconductor package. To start the analysis, I need three files : "evidence.txt" , "proteinGroups.txt" and "annotation.csv". I have two files : "evidence.txt" and "proteinGroups.txt" but I do not have "annotation.csv" file. While studying the manual of MSstatsTMT , it is being written that :

# Users should make this annotation file. It is not the output from MaxQuant.

So, my question is how can I create the annotation file. Any help would be appreciated.
