Hello,

This is a really simple question, but I am having trouble downloading org.Mm.eg.db after having to reinstall my R and R studio on my computer. For whatever reason, I'm getting the following error:

BiocManager::install("org.Mm.eg.db") library(org.Mm.eg.db)

Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘org.Mm.eg.db’: .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'org.Mm.eg.db', details: call: l$contains error: $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors

There are two other recently reported issues that address this issue as it appears to be an issue with RSQlite and Rstudio. Both of these threads have some options for work arounds:

1. .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'org.Hs.eg.db'

2. Couldn't load org.Hs.eg.db
