This here is probably not the right forum for that, it is a technical support forum for Bioconductor packages. Try to google for courses, lectures and tutorials. If you have little background it will heavily depend on your own effort. Online communities are great for specific questions but are no replacement for a proper lecture or even a textbook to get you familiar with the very basics. Probably not the answer you were looking for, but try to get a background first on your own, there are so much online resources available.
