I'm using the DMRcate function and I was testing it asigning a betacutoff, but searching in the function code it is not used inside.

Is it posible to fix it?

Well spotted. I have updated the code and manual.

The description in the manual was redundant and not particularly robust; instead now the DMRs are filtered on abs(results$meanbetafc). 

Version 1.10.3 should propagate to Bioconductor in < 48 hrs.
