Hello,

I do not understand why the scale in item-consensus plot goes from 0 to 1.4. Since I used pItem=0.8, I thought the values would go from 0.8 to 1.2. I assumed this plot indicates for a particular sample its frequency of assignment to each cluster.

In cluster-consensus plot, the scale goes till 1. To me, this represents the stability of each cluster. I get some NA values for some clusters. Why and what does it mean? Is the stability impossible to compute for some clusters?

Thank you for your explanation
