Hi, anyone have an idea about why this error message appears?
> biocLite("lumi") BioC_mirror: https://bioconductor.org Using Bioconductor 3.4 (BiocInstaller 1.24.0), R 3.3.2 (2016-10-31). Installing package(s) ‘lumi’ Warning message: package ‘lumi’ is not available (for R version 3.3.2)
This happened after updating R to the latest version from 3.3.1. 'lumi' did install in the previous version, with a few problems with some packages that were not too hard to resolve, and worked just fine. So I tried going back to R 3.3.1 but now I'm getting the same error message in the exact version that used to work. Tried on a different computer, same error.
All other packages like 'limma' or 'beadarray' install just fine.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, need that package for the last batch of Illumina HT-12 v4 microarray data before the chips get discontinued before the end of the year.
Thanks!
Jaro
