Dear All,

                  I have mouse microarray data mrna and lncrna , I want to find the othologue or sequence and strutcutral and functional conservation with ref to Dn/Ds ratio. I use Biomart to get ortheolougue but it provides ortholougues of other mouse not human option .....?? can any body tell me is there any script based on R or Bioconductor get mouse ortlhogue in human as well as there sequence conservation as dn/ds ratio?/
