Hello,

The current phyloseq package available for installation using Anaconda (https://anaconda.org/bioconda/bioconductor-phyloseq) doesn't work with the current version of R that is updated by Anaconda. It keeps finding conflict with different components of the latest R build.

Would it be possible to update the phyloseq package to be compatible with the latest version of R? Or please let me know if I'm doing something wrong.
