Hiya,

I followed the suggestion of setting up SPADE on Flowjo through R from the Flowjo website for Mac.

Everything looks ok when I do the coding but when I go to run SPADE in flowjo it tells me that the algorithm failed to generate a CSV file. 

Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue.

The spade package was deprecated last release, and is now defunct. So you are pretty much on your own if you want to use it.
