Hello all, I'm trying to download the annotation package for the moe430v2 Affy chip. Itdoesn't seem to appear in the MetaData link in Bioconductor and when I search the mail archives I do find a thread regarding the annotation package for this chip: *************************** From: John Zhang (jzhang@landfield.com) Date: Fri Oct 22 2004 - 19:21:41 EDT Next message: Ren Na: "[BioC] spot weight in limma" Previous message: Saurin D. Jani: "[BioC] stam:in.local(.Object, ...):couldn't find function "balanced.folds"" Messages sorted by: [ date ] [ thread ] [ subject ] [ author ] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ------ ---- >Thanks for the suggestion, that seemed to do the trick. Note that the >package is apparently called "moe430v2," which seems to be inconsistent >with how the probe and cdf packages are named ("mouse4302"). We actually have mouse4302 in the devel track. moe430v2 will go soon. ********** May be I'm not looking in the right place? Is there any way I can get this package? Thanks so much for your help, Fatima -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
