These are the errors that appear on R studio 0.99.892 and R version 3.0.2 when I try to install "annaffy". I tried to repair it installing "GO.db" and "KEGG", but it continues:

Obvious thing to do if you would like to get support: please install the latest versions of R and R-studio, and check whether your problem persists.... R3.0.2 is from September 2013....
You are using an incorrect version of RSQLite for the version of Bioconductor packages you are trying to install. See A: error with many packages: "Error : .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'org.Hs.
