Hi, I am using 'simpleaffy' V 2.10 on Solaris R 2.0.1 and I get an error when running qc.affy > x AffyBatch object size of arrays=732x732 features (20935 kb) cdf=Mouse430A_2 (22690 affyids) number of samples=5 number of genes=22690 annotation=mouse430a2 > x.mas5 Expression Set (exprSet) with 22690 genes 5 samples phenoData object with 2 variables and 5 cases varLabels sample: sample treatment: treatment >qc <- qc(x,x.mas5) Error in qc.affy(unnormalised, ...) : I'm sorry, I do not know about chip type: mouse430a2cdf Even though I have installed mouse430a2cdf. Hi Steve, I've just checked and this and uploaded a fix to the development branch (2.10-3). Hopefully it should bubble through and appear on the website in the next few days...
