Hi,

I am using maSigPro for an NGS time series analysis on 10 different patients at 5 different time points T0,T1,T2,T3 and T4 (=50 samples in total). We introduce an insult after T0 and I want to do a trend analysis pre and post insult using masigpro across the time-points. I was wondering if it is possible to add patient ID as a random factor is maSigpro to remove the variation due to the patient? We can do this in DESeq2 and Limma (Voom) but not sure if this is possible in maSigPro?
