Hi, I am using the rhdf5 package and I came upon this problem with the warning messages which are printed and can not be avoided.

The problem is described in this stackoverflow post, and because the cause comes from printing messages from C code it would require the package code to be patched:

Is there any chance for this to get fixed in the near future?
