The function plotDifferences has the option to adjust textsize -I read through the vignette but cannot find anything on it, but I was wondering if plotDifferences and plotZscores also have the options to make the dots in the plots smaller or larger.

Thank you!

Hello Fides, you can adjust the plot size itself. Otherwise I guess you unfortunately have to take the plot function apart manually and adjust the parameters there. It might be the case, that you miss some functions then because they are not exported to the namespace. In this case you can try to put FourCSeq:::functionName to access them. Hi Fides, it is plotVp <- FourCSeq:::plotVp tracks <- ggbio:::tracks then you can take the plotZScores and plotDifferences function apart if you want to further customize them.
