Hi limma users, I have a questions about the MA-plots. I try to save a number of graphs to one pdf-file which works for image-plots and PrintTip graphs but every time I try to save my MA plots I get a pdf with only text and boxes but all colour-spots have gone (in the legend as well as in the picture itself). Any suggestions how to get all the information into pdf-format? Thanxs, Anja -- Anja E. I have had similar problems. If I use plotMA(.....,pch='.'), this seems to fix the issue for me.
