I'm trying to process iScan raw data with beadarray, but it seems that I'm missing perBeadFile.txt in order to use the package.
The list of files I got from the scanner including . I've seen this problem posted before, but couldn't find a solution. Can anyone point me to a right direction or another package that can process the raw data with the file types that I have? Many thanks!
