Hi all,

Below is the experimental design, in which I would like to compare the treated vs the untreated group. However, the samples were from 2 origins. I wonder if it is possible to include the tissue effect in the comparison. Any suggestion is appreciated!

sample condition tissue
s1 untreated lymph node
s2 untreated lymph node
s3 untreated lymph node
s4 untreated liver
s5 untreated liver
s6 untreated liver
s7 treated liver
s8 treated lymph node
s9 treated lymph node
s10 treated lymph node

It's certainly possible to include a tissue effect. If you edit your question to show the code you're currently using, we can tell you how to add a tissue effect into that code.
