Hello everyone!

I have a GSE file (GSE3591) in .soft format, I want normalize it (its two color microarray). But it doesn't have supplementary file. In the limma package normalization function normalizeWithinArrays() normalized this type of microarray, but it require Object with RGList or MAList. My question is that how can I normalize it without Supplementary file and on ExpressionSet  or Series Matrix File(.txt) format?
