HI,

Is it possible to add more variables in models when using fitfeaturemodel?

For example: I have BMI data( categorized into under, normal and over weight), gender, puberty status (yes/no), seq depth (low, medium and high).

Also, how to handle NA when using fitzig and fitfeaturemodel?

thanks in advance,

Sajan

Hi Sajan,

Thanks for the post. Currently multiple groups/variables is not supported. But this is the next stage of development and we are actively working on this. Please check back in a few weeks and/or send an email and I'll let you know when it is available.

NAs are caused by inestimable coefficients. No reliable information can be said about them except in certain instances.

Best,
