Dear all,

I'm working with the mouse st 2.1 array from affy and I'm interested in work with ID's related to noncoding rna's. I isolated around 3000 based on description but affy claims about 7000 in the webpage. Does anyone knows how obtain the full list of ID for ncrna's.
