Dutifully having read the old posts before sending a message, I tried to download the developmental metadata package for the mouse430_2 affy genechip like so: install.packages2("mouse4302", develOK=TRUE) I get ultimately: cannot open: HTTP status was '404 Not Found' Where is it? Hi Anand, I've temporarily removed the Windows binary meta data packages from the website. We've discovered that there was a problem with them that made non-functional --- the data itself is OK, it is just that the way they are packaged is not correct. I'm hoping to post corrected versions tomorrow afternoon PST.
