Hello,
I am trying to follow the openCyto vignette and get the following error messages when loading openCyto library:
> library("openCyto", lib.loc="~/R/win-library/3.1")
Error : objects ‘dfltCounts’, ‘drvkde’ are not exported by 'namespace:ks'
Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘openCyto’
Many thanks in advance for your help,
