I am trying to use affy package to process some tiling array data. I succeeded in reading cel file by using "ReadAffy" function, and mapping the intensity values to probe IDs (e.g. "SPAC1002.011", "SPAC1002.012", "SPAC1002.013", etc.).

However, I am only able to find the ID "SPAC1002.01" in CDF file, but no IDs such as "SPAC1002.011", "SPAC1002.012" and "SPAC1002.013" in CDF file. Therefore, I am not able to map the intensity values to the corresponding 25nt-sequence probes.

Would anyone let me know how to map each intensity value to its corresponding 25nt-sequence probe?
