Hi,

Does anyone konw how to fix the following problem when using vsn2 function from vsn package?

Warning messages:
1: In vsnSample(v) :
2088 rows were removed since they contained only NA elements.

Why do you think that is a problem? You had 2088 rows that had no data in them, and they were removed. Seems reasonable to me.
