I would like to use goTools with a list of MOE430_2 probesets. It seems that a MOE430_2 annotation file is necessary for this to work. I tried this: >ontoCompare(namesList,probeType=c("moe430a","moe430b"), plot=TRUE) [1] "Starting ontoCompare..." Error: value for "1419903_at" not found A MOE430_2 package doesn't exist. As far as I know the MOE430_2 chip probes are the sum of the MOE430A and MOE430B chip probes. Can the MOE430A and -B annotation packages easily be merged to a MOE430_2 annotation package or is this more complicated? Juerg Straubhaar Umass Med

Just do: >llibrary(reposTools) >install.packages2("mouse4302") > >I tried this: > >>ontoCompare(namesList,probeType=c("moe430a","moe430b"), plot=TRUE) >[1] "Starting ontoCompare..." >Error: value for "1419903_at" not found > >A MOE430_2 package doesn't exist.
