I was wondering if there has been any recent change in the makeVennDiagram function of ChIPpeakAnno? I have made some venn diagrams with me BED files a couple of months ago, and now when I repeat using the same input files and same code I get very different results. Any clue?

Hi Rute,

Thank you for selecting ChIPpeakAnno as your annotation tool.

We have multiple test files to make sure the output of ChIPpeakAnno::makeVennDiagram to be correct. That is to say the output of  ChIPpeakAnno will always be checked when it builds.

In case there is anything I missed to check, could you kindly provide me the BED files you are using and the exactly data of the venn diagram you generated?  So I can double check the code.
