Loading some .cel files via R affy package I get the following
warning:
------> Cel file "filename" does not seem to be of HG-U133A type
I konw that this file is of HG-U133B type and not of A one.
In such a way can I make it recognised? What is the right library
to download?
I'm working under Suse 9.1 Linux distrib.

This message would occur when you try to read a mixture of HG-U133A
and
HG-U133B cel files into a single AffyBatch. You need to read the two
chip types into separate AffyBatches.

Usually a message like this indicates that you are trying to read both
U133A and U133B chips into the same AffyBatch, which is not going to
work. You need to read the two chip types into two separate
AffyBatches
and then go from there.
