When I ran command: rawdata <- gpQuality(TargetsGenePix$FileName, compBoxplot=FALSE) I got error message: Error in densfun(numeric(0), bw = 0.979616917286071) : non-finite `from' In addition: Warning messages: 1: no finite arguments to min; returning Inf 2: no finite arguments to max; returning -Inf How to fix it? Hi Longsi, This looks like gpQuality is trying to plot something with infinite values. Could you please send me an example of the gpr files you are testing to help me investigate was is causing this problem?
