Are there any pre calculated bin annotations available other than hg19? The "introduction to qdnaseq" manual only mentions this one. 

If not, how can I pregenerate and export those bin annotations? I know it's possible to generate the annotations ad hoc, but  this isn't very cost effective to do again several times.
