I have an Agilent a dataset, i down load the raw data and when try extract them and get the txt file , i have a problem with it. iam receiving an error with unzip process which is : can not extract the text file ?
Hi @shawinkarim , I'm new to Bioconductor so bare with me. Can you link directly to the data you're referring to? Or, perhaps a representative sample of that data? How are you attempting to extract this data? (Using R?, using some application on your desktop?)
Also, when I google "Agilent dataset", I see that you've also posted the question to Biostars: https://www.biostars.org/p/158610/ . Someone there is also requesting more information to support you.
