Dear all,

The result of DEG analysis e.g. by limma is a sorted list by p-value for genes up or down regulated. But RankProd outputs two separate tables for up regulated genes and down regulated ones. How can I combine tables for obtain a single ordered list by their importance in the difference between two classes (case and control)? I need this list for Gene Set Enrichment analysis by Babelomic suite.
