Dear All,

I have computed correlation matrix for a set of 38 genes. so i have a matrix of 38*38 dimension. Now i want to compute the interaction graph (qualitative) among the 38 genes to infer complete biological network.  I can code but i want guidance about how the interaction graph will  be computed through this matrix. Please guide ASAP
