The devel version of gwascat (2.1.15, see http://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/gwascat.html) includes a number of new features.

- Data were retrieved from EMBL-EBI, who have taken over curation from NHGRI
- Extended GRanges instances ebicat38 (hg38 coordinates) and ebicat37 (hg19) represent
findings as of August 2; makeCurrentGwascat() will retrieve image current at runtime
- loci are mapped to EMBL-EBI Experimental Factor Ontology (EFO)
- Base vignette mildly updated; new HTML vignette on working with the ontology
- EMBL-EBI recased all field names to upper case; code using field names must be modified
