I updated to R 2.0.0. As I reinstalled the bioconductor packages I received an error message about a dependency that failed to install. The full text of the download/installation is listed below. As a novice user of both R and bioconductor, I need to understand the meaning of this type of failure and how to solve the problem. I appreciate any information and advice you may have about this type of error message. Thank you, John E. It appears to be via 'install.packages' from base R? Also, it appears that you are using Windows, is this true? If so, I can tell you right off that your quest is in vain as Rgraphviz does not exist for Windows.
