The Stark group at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) is looking for a Bioinformatician / NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) Data Analyst.
We are an internationally leading group in genomics and the regulation of gene expression, combining genome-wide experiments (e.g. STARR-seq, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq), deep sequencing with on-site Illumina machines, and bioinformatics analyses.
To support our projects, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Masters or PhD degree in bioinformatics or related areas and a strong expertise & interest in Unix, programming, R, statistics, and NGS data analyses.
