According to the vignette "the coverage of RNA sequenced reads is shown as a black curve (axis on the right)". In my case, I do not see either the coverage curve, nor the axis on the right.

It's actually a filled grey curve, but it will only appear if you have supplied RNA-seq data (as well as ribo-Seq) data. From your other questions, I believe that's not the case for you.
