The "most supported" way is to first install and be using the version of R that is tied to the version of Bioconductor that DEXSeq v1.6.0 was built for. It looks like DEXSeq 1.6.0 was for bioconductor 2.12: http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.12/bioc/html/DEXSeq.html Which I believe requires R-2.15.3 So, you would have to install and use R 2.15.3 then just install DEXSeq via biocLite as usual. I think the way to do it is to install an older version of R > On 4 Jun 2014, at 18:20, "Hatice [guest]" <guest at="" bioconductor.org=""> wrote: > > Hello, > > How can I install previous version of DEXSeq (1.6.0)? > > > > -- output of sessionInfo(): > > .. > > -- > Sent via the guest posting facility at bioconductor.org. > > _______________________________________________ > Bioconductor mailing list > Bioconductor at r-project.org > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor > Search the archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor
