Hi, Kasper, I’m trying your function (data.frame2GRanges) in R to convert a dataframe to Granges file, but error showed: Error in data.frame2GRanges(gr2) : could not find function “GRanges" How can I solve this problem? Thanks, Jack [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

You have to load the package that provides the GRanges class, which is GenomicRanges. The error is unexpected, given that bsseq should be importing GRanges into its namespace. Does the function exist outside of bsseq? But I believe this function was superseded by the makeGRangesFromDataFrame function in the GenomicRanges package.
