Hi there, I have been writing a presentation for people in our local microarray users group, and came across a few things I cannot find the answer to about background correction. What do the options half, minimum and Edwards do? Does limmaGUI take, for example, the minimum background value for each channel and subtract it from the fluorescence value? Thank you for your help, Liz Molteno Building Department of Pathology University of Cambridge Tennis Court Road Cambridge, CB2 1QP United Kingdom Website: http://www.path.cam.ac.uk/~toxo/ Tel 01223 33 33 31(office) or 01223 33 33 29 (lab) [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
