Hello, I am a happy user of the graphite package, but I would like to have the capability to use additional pathways not provided in the graphite package. I have these pathways in BioPAX format (downloaded from WikiPathways). I notice that the graphite paper talks about conversion BioPAX to SIF, but the package does not seem to provide a method to do the conversion, but rather simply provides the results of that conversion on several common sources of pathway data. Would it also be possible to include the conversion code, so that I could use any BioPAX pathway data that I choose with graphite? Thanks, -Ryan Thompson
