Hi, I would like to reorder my plots' x-axis so that the 0 is not at the beginning, but in the middle of the plot. To elaborate - I am plotting a genomic position of paired reads on the x-axis is the first partner, on the y-axis the second partner. The plot looks like the image here (http://postimg.org/image/jex4mr6bp/). As this is a circular genome, we would like the 0 point to be in the middle of the plot and not at the left hand side. The genome is ~4.2 Million bases. For that reason I would like half of it (2.1M bases from 0 to 2.1M positions) right of the middle 0 point, and the end 2.1M bases (positions 2.1M to 4.2M) at the left hand hand side of the plot. I was thinking about doing it by subtracting each of the posions over 2.1M with the fitted number so that it will end on the other side at the right position (e.g. subtract 6.3M from position 4.2M, so that I will get position 2.1M). But this seems a bit too bulky and complex. Is there an easier way of doing it? thanks in advance for he help Assa [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
