Dear all, I combine frma and combat to analyze gene expression data. Would be a good idea to use barcode method with the combat results? Thanks in advance Raquel **NOTA DE CONFIDENCIALIDAD** Este correo electr?nico, y ...{{dropped:3}}

Raquel, My guess would be no. But you could do frma then convert to barcode z-scores then apply combat. Or frma then binary barcode may work without combat depending on the magnitude of the batch effects in your data.
